I would like to express my deepest gratitude towards Elevate Company and its team who has made the whole process of the creation of our website a nice experience.

Starting from the very beginning, a company that Enigma LTD is currently working with has introduced Elevate Company as a reliable association, which will be appropriate for the purpose that we had. On our first meeting with the manager Asen Pidov, he had prepared a presentation, showing the various options that Elevate is offering, the advantages and the disadvantages of each of the choices, including the price range. All this information, summarized in an accessible way, helped us make our choice easily. The attitude was professional and at the same time friendly. Immediately he made the impression of a decent and dependable person.

The channel that has been used for the whole communication is called “Slack”. Personally, I think that this platform is appropriate, however there is one con that could be improved in the future. All the information and the messages that we have been exchanging in Slack are being kept only for three months and after that they are being erased. Therefore, if we would like to check on some data and some topics which has been discussed four or more month ago, we could not do that. In spite of this fact, it is comfortable and uncomplicated mean of communication.

Throughout the process, we have been consistently impressed by the team's responsiveness and willingness to go above and beyond to ensure that every aspect of the website met our needs. The proactive approach and innovative solutions have been instrumental in delivering a website that not only meets but exceeds our goals.
After the project has been completed, the communication regarding the website still continued due to the fact that our company constantly needs some improvements. Subsequently, we contact Elevate and we discuss what is needed to be done. In just a couple of days our requirements are fulfilled and become a reality. Their quick responses have impressed us not once.

The team of Elevate is very bonded and dedicated on the tasks that we have given to them. The expertise and professionalism have truly made a difference in our project's success. From the initial planning stages to the final implementation, Elevate’ team has demonstrated great skill and commitment. Their attention to detail and ability to translate our vision into reality have been of a huge importance for us.
Moreover, the seamless collaboration and open communication have made the entire experience enjoyable and stress-free.
